For this week’s Department of Immunology Poolside Chat we will have Amir from Research computing here to talk with us about the O2 cluster and the support Research Computing provides.  If you are interested in using the cluster or getting the most out of it you should attend!  In addition if you are planning on taking my Unix class or the RNA-seq analysis course this would be a good one to attend also as we will discuss some of the tools available on the cluster for NGS. To attend, please send an email to me at: Alos_Diallo@hms.harvard.edu with the subject line “Bioinformatics Poolside Chat”. Make sure to also include questions you might have for our guest to address. Thank you! I look forward to seeing you all Thursday!
