The following rooms are available to the Microbiology and Immunology Communities. Please note, there is no support for room reservations/ IT needs outside of our departments.  If you would like an HMS-supported room, please go to https://hms.emscloudservice.com/web/

For the department-administered rooms, you may add events to the scheduling calendars and the events will be visible on the calendar once they are approved by the calendar administrator. For NRB 1031 seminar room and Sky Lounge please email micro_events@hms.harvard.edu to schedule.

Please make sure that your submitted information is correct, you will not be able to change it after it is submitted. If you need to make changes or cancellations, please contact Shannon Haas (micro_events@hms.harvard.edu) in the Microbiology Department Office.
