Symphony

Runs 5ml polystyrene tubes or a HTS unit is attached allowing the use of various 96 or 384 well plates.  

The flow core has several Symphony instruments available for booking.

• The BD Symphony A1 is a 4 laser system (405, 488, 561 & 637 nm) with 16 fluorescent detectors. 
• The BD Symphony A3 is a 5 laser system (355, 405, 488, 561 & 637 nm) with 23 fluorescent detectors.  
• The BD Symphony A5 is a 5 laser system (355, 405, 488, 561 & 637 nm) with 28 fluorescent detectors.   

Note: The A3 does not have an HTS unit; it can only run tubes.
