Aria II (594) |
A 4 laser system with 12 fluorescent detectors and 4 way and plate sorting capability. Has 405nm, 488nm, 594nm, and 633nm lasers. For 4-way sorting, 1.5ml or 5ml tubes can be used while 2-way sorting can accommodate 15ml tubes. Multi-well plates (6, 24, 96, or 384) with index sorting is also available. Sample and collection block can be chilled or warmed. Available nozzle sizes include; 70, 85, 100 and 130micron. Researchers who have completed BD analyzer training can be trained to self-sort on the Aria, if desired. Aria 594 Optical Layout. |

The Beckman Coulter MoFlo Astrios EQ high speed cell sorter has 6 lasers (405nm, 488nm, 532nm, 561nm, 592nm, & 640nm), 23 fluorescent detectors, and can do 6-way sorting. It has a forward scatter PMT available for small particle detection. Available nozzle sizes include; 70 & 100 micron. BL2 capable. 1.5ml or 5ml tubes can be used for 6-way sorting while 15ml & 50ml tubes can be used for 2-way sorting. Multi-well plates (6, 24, 96, 384, 1536, or custom) with index sorting is also available. Sample and collection device can be warmed or cooled. Staff-run only. Astrios Optical Layout. |
Aurora CS |
The Cytek Aurora CS is a 5 laser spectral sorter (355, 405, 488, 561 & 640nm) with 61 fluorescent detectors (40 color panel). For 6-way sorting, 1.5ml tubes can be used while 5ml tubes can be used for 4-way sorting and 15ml tubes can be used for 2-way sorting. 96-well plates with index sorting is also available.
