Available nozzle sizes include 70, 85, 100 and 130 µm.  Researchers who have completed BD analyzer training can be trained to self-sort on the Aria, if desired.  

For 4-way sorting, 1.5 ml or 5 ml tubes can be used while 2-way sorting can accommodate 15 ml tubes.  Multi-well plates (6, 24, 96, or 384) with index sorting is also available for the Aria 594. 

Aria 594

A 4-laser system with 12 fluorescent detectors. Lasers include 405 nm Violet, 488 nm Blue, 594 nm Orange, and 633 nm Red.  

Aria 561

A 5-laser system with 15 fluorescent detectors. Lasers include 355 nm UV, 405 nm Violet, 488 nm Blue, 561 nm YellowGreen, and 635 nm Red.
