Aurora

The Cytek Aurora CS is a 5 laser spectral sorter (355, 405, 488, 561 & 640 nm) with 61 fluorescent detectors (40 color panel).  

For 6-way sorting, 1.5ml tubes can be used while 5ml tubes can be used for 4-way sorting and 15ml tubes can be used for 2-way sorting.  96-well plates with index sorting is also available.  The sample can be warmed or cooled during sorting.
